The Group was formed in 2007 with the aim to network and so share experiences and ideas for the common good of all involved. Ours is a non-profit making organisation. We charge a very modest fee for entry each month to cover costs such as the venue. If and when funds build up, we donate surpluses to local charities.

We aim to have at least one speaker at each of our meetings. Whilst the focus of our presentations is generally property, each expert brings something new to the group, discussing a broad range of topics related to wealth creation and retention.

As you'll see from our list of previous speakers on the right hand side, we've had some high profile property investment experts share their knowledge with us. Our aim, along with networking, is to provide education opportunities to our members.

EVERYONE is welcome and we love to see new faces. You will find us a friendly bunch and if property is your thing (or you would like it to be), you will be mixing with many experienced landlords and investors. Don’t feel put-off by this as we all started somewhere! Come along and meet us, we don’t bite!!
