Well, if like John McKay you are ex RAF, those initials will likely automatically pull up the term 'Search And Rescue Beacon' and you'll have visions of Sea King helicopters pulling drowning sailors from the brine as they're going under for the 3rd time.

But of course in property it refers to something that we thought was nearly extinct - Sell And Rent Back! Many of us have done leafleting and found some great opportunities in this area, and to many a distressed seller this was what they were Searching for And we could Rescue them.

I am absolutely sure that any PetPIG members that have done so, have treated their vendor-tenants with the utmost respect and consideration, but alas, as we know, the Government took a heavy handed response due to a few bad apples in the 'buyer barrel'.
