I'm John and I've been investing in property since 2002. Most of my income now comes from it and my other business with The Utility Warehouse. I have a mixed portfolio of HMO's (Houses in Multiple Occupation - i.e shared houses) and family lets. I have learned a lot in the time I've been investing, though things keep changing, and I guess that makes things interesting!

When I started the Peterborough Property Investors Group in 2007, I had no idea where it would lead us. I had always been fairly secretive about my business and it was only when I joined a mentorship programme and benefited from mixing with other investors that I realised what I had been missing! Thus our Group was born.

It has grown steadily and we soon needed to find another venue, hence our current and now usual meeting place of The New England Club. If you haven't been along to meet us yet I really hope you will soon. If you are in any way interested in property then you wont be sorry.
