Matthew has been involved in the property world for 15 years, initially very much as a hobby, as a secondary source of income, buying and improving properties in London. With child number 4 on the way, he and his wife relocated back to his roots and Matthew decided to take the plunge, get out of the rat race, and throw himself more fully into property – investing in a letting & management and relocation franchise, Medics on the Move – giving him the opportunity to do what he likes most – spend his time in and out of property.

Matthew’s background is corporate, in the worlds of insurance and as a customer services director of a major telecoms company. He feels his background has prepared him well for the needs and challenges he faces in helping his clients let and manage their properties during particularly difficult times.

Having a good understanding of the areas he covers, and knowing the property market countrywide as well, Matthew brings in-depth knowledge, dedication and real commitment to the properties and people he deals with.

With a list of tenants keen to rent homes in the area, Matthew is looking for new property – eager to break his record - letting a property at the asking price within an hour of collecting the key from the landlord!
