Yvonne has been a professional property investor for 12 years and is an experienced coach. She has an eclectic portfolio of property in the UK and overseas covering investment processes such as Buy To Let, Executive Lets, Overseas apartments in Bulgaria, a villa in France and a hotel room in Harrogate. She runs her own coaching practice and is a regular speaker at exhibitions and seminars across the UK.

Yvonne has a corporate background specialising in motivating staff and changing behaviours through rewards and benefits and has used these motivational techniques to inspire her clients to achieve goals that they hadn't thought possible before they discovered her coaching.

It was through coaching that Yvonne finally took the plunge to break out of the rat race and turn the corner to the life she wanted. She now runs her own business, invests in property, that often need substantial refurbishment, and has two small children to bring up too.

Her property investment clients regularly increase their passive income through filling voids in properties, renting houses that have been left without tenants over considerable periods and generally learning to use their business techniques to build a substantial portfolio much more easily and with greater confidence by using her specialised coaching techniques.
